Cross Arts is only worth considering in a dedicated **Xros Heart** deck that runs white Tamers such as Taiki and actively wants cards tucked beneath Tamers for DigiXros/Save setup; it can turn an otherwise spare Xros Heart card in hand into material while providing removal, but paying 4 memory for conditional, relatively small-scale removal is usually inefficient. **Xros Encounter** is the better Xros Heart option for most lists because it improves consistency and finds the Digimon/Tamers that make the deck function, while **Final Xros Blade** is generally the stronger choice when you specifically need a removal option with a larger impact. Cross Arts can be a one-of side-deck-style tech choice in a low-cost Digimon-heavy local meta, but it normally should not see main-deck play in optimized Xros Heart lists.
