A deck centered around Warrior-type monsters, such as a Warrior Toolbox or Warrior Beatdown deck, would benefit from using Cross Over in order to gain control of an opponent's monster and protect their own. While Cross Over offers unique utility, there are potentially better cards like Super Polymerization or Mind Control that provide similar effects with more versatility and impact in the current meta, making it less likely for Cross Over to see significant play in competitive decks.
