A control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's card advantage and manipulate their draws would benefit from using Omen Machine, as it prevents card draw and potentially forces opponents to play cards they may not want to. However, there are better options such as Narset, Parter of Veils, which also restricts card draw but allows the player to draw an extra card each turn. Omen Machine could see play in niche strategies that heavily rely on disrupting the opponent's card advantage, but it may not be a top choice in most competitive decks.
