A deck that focuses on token generation and synergies with artifact creatures would benefit from running Circuits Act in Magic: the Gathering. However, there are more efficient token generators like Dragon Fodder or Krenko, Mob Boss that can provide consistent token production without the randomness of dice rolling, making Circuits Act less reliable and not likely to see play in competitive decks.
