Seal of the Guildpact, Artifact, designed by Franz Vohwinkel first released in Nov, 2015 in the set Commander 2015 and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of A$ 0.57.
Seal of the Guildpact would be beneficial in a multicolor deck that heavily relies on casting spells of the chosen colors, as it can significantly reduce their mana cost. However, there are better cards like Herald's Horn or Urza's Incubator that provide more consistent and impactful cost reduction for specific creature types or artifact spells respectively. Seal of the Guildpact may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks due to its limited scope compared to other more versatile options available.

Seal of the Guildpact’s last ability can’t reduce the amount of colored mana you pay for a spell. It reduces only the generic component of that cost.
