Divemon would fit well in a blue deck that focuses on control and sustainability, particularly one that utilizes Pulsemon or similar cards to maximize its unsuspending ability and maintain board presence. Decks that emphasize security manipulation and can afford to trash cards from their security stack would benefit most from Divemon's effect, allowing for aggressive plays while maintaining pressure. While there are other strong blue Digimon, such as Imperialdramon or even more versatile options like Gabumon (from BT5), which can provide card draw and additional utility, Divemon's unique ability can be situationally powerful. Ultimately, whether it should see play depends on the current meta and how well it synergizes with the overall strategy of the deck.
