Knight of Cliffhaven, Creature — kor knight, designed by Matt Cavotta first released in Apr, 2010 in the set Rise of the Eldrazi and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.70.
This Knight of Cliffhaven card could be beneficial in a white-based control or midrange deck that focuses on flying creatures and maintaining board presence. While its level up ability allows it to become a formidable 4/4 flyer with vigilance, there may be better options available depending on the specific strategy of the deck. Cards like Baneslayer Angel or Lyra Dawnbringer could potentially offer more impactful abilities and stats for a similar mana cost, making them stronger choices in certain scenarios. Overall, Knight of Cliffhaven could see play in a deck looking to establish a flying presence with added resilience, but its effectiveness may vary depending on the overall deck composition and strategy.

A creature’s level is based on how many level counters it has on it, not how many times its level up ability has been activated or has resolved. If a leveler gets level counters due to some other effect (such as Clockspinning) or loses level counters for some reason (such as Vampire Hexmage), its level is changed accordingly.

Effects that modify a leveler’s power or toughness, such as the effects of Giant Growth or Glorious Anthem, will apply to it no matter when they started to take effect. The same is true for counters that change the creature’s power or toughness (such as +1/+1 counters) and effects that switch its power and toughness.

The abilities a leveler grants to itself don’t overwrite any other abilities it may have. In particular, they don’t overwrite the creature’s level up ability; it always has that.
