A deck that focuses on infect or poison mechanics would benefit from including Corrupted Resolve in their strategy, as it provides a cheap and effective way to counter spells when the opponent is poisoned. However, there are potentially better options available, such as Spell Pierce or Mana Leak, which offer more versatility and broader applicability in a wider range of matchups. Corrupted Resolve could see play in specific infect-focused decks, but its overall effectiveness may be limited compared to other counter spells in more general deck archetypes.
