Shock Plasma

About Shock Plasma

Shock Plasma, Option, designed by None first released in January 2026 in the set Time Stranger and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.15.

Shock Plasma is a low-cost Yellow option that gives a small DP reduction (typically −3000 DP to an opponent’s Digimon for the turn), making it most useful in Yellow control or security-focused decks that aim to weaken opposing Digimon to enable favorable trades or stack multiple DP-reduction effects for deletion. It fits best in traditional Yellow Security Control or hybrid builds that already run cards like Wyvern’s Breath, Eden’s Javelin, or other DP-reduction tools, since stacking reductions is how Yellow removes threats efficiently. However, there are generally better options: Wyvern’s Breath (strong single-target removal), Heaven’s Judgment (wide DP reduction), and Eden’s Javelin (scales with security) usually provide stronger impact for similar or slightly higher cost. Because −3000 DP alone is relatively minor in modern formats where Digimon have high DP, Shock Plasma is typically outclassed and would only see play in very budget builds or formats with lower DP thresholds; compe
