So Shiny would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on creating tokens and controlling the opponent's creatures, as it provides a way to tap down a creature and gain card advantage through scrying. However, there are potentially better options available, such as Claustrophobia, which also taps a creature but doesn't require a token to be in play. Whether So Shiny should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck it is included in.
