Vulcanusmon

About Vulcanusmon

Vulcanusmon, Digimon megashaman/olympos xii/iliad/ts, first released in May 2026 in the set Dual Revolution. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of C$ 0.86.

A 12-cost red/black Mega like Vulcanusmon (Olympus XII) generally fits best in a red/black control or midrange build that can cheat or reduce play costs—such as a Greymon/BlackWarGreymon X–style stack, a Gaiomon variant, or an Olympus XII–focused deck that gains value from on-play deletion and high-DP pressure—because hard-playing a 12-cost Digimon without strong cost reduction is usually too slow in competitive formats. If Vulcanusmon provides powerful deletion or board control, it can act as a top-end tech choice, but in most metas there are more efficient Megas like BlackWarGreymon X, Gaiomon, or even WarGreymon (depending on format) that offer stronger removal, protection, or game-closing pressure for equal or less investment. As a result, Vulcanusmon is typically a niche or thematic pick for Olympus XII builds rather than a staple, and it should only see play if its specific effect directly counters the current meta or if you are committing to a dedicated Olympus synergy strategy.
