About Memory Lapse
Memory Lapse, Instant, designed by Mark Tedin first released in Oct, 1995 in the set Homelands and was printed exactly in 21 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of £ 0.60.
Memory Lapse would be a valuable addition to a control deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a cheap and efficient way to counter a spell while also disrupting the opponent's draw by putting the countered spell on top of their library. However, there are arguably better options like Mana Leak or Force of Will that offer more flexibility or a stronger effect, so Memory Lapse may not be a top-tier choice for competitive play but could still find a place in certain budget or casual decks.
Rules
