This card, End Hostilities, would benefit a control deck looking to reset the board and gain control of the game. However, there are better alternatives such as Wrath of God or Supreme Verdict, which have lower mana costs and additional benefits like indestructibility or uncounterability. End Hostilities may not see as much play in competitive decks due to these better options available, but can still be a strong choice in certain situations or formats where those cards are not legal.
