However, a more efficient alternative could be Goblin Chieftain, which provides a static +1/+1 bonus to all Goblins without the need to sacrifice them. Depending on the deck strategy and available resources, Goblin Lookout could still see play as a situational card for a burst of power in the right circumstances.
