This card would benefit decks that focus on graveyard recursion and value creatures, such as reanimator or graveyard-based strategies. While Haunted Fengraf can provide some value by returning a creature card from your graveyard to your hand, there are better options available in the current Magic: the Gathering card pool, such as Volrath's Stronghold or Phyrexian Tower, which offer more efficient and powerful effects. Overall, Haunted Fengraf may not see much play in competitive decks due to the existence of stronger alternatives.
