Eladamri's Vineyard would benefit a deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly, such as a green ramp deck or a deck with high-cost spells. While it can provide additional mana acceleration, there are better cards like Utopia Sprawl or Wild Growth that offer consistent mana ramp without benefiting opponents. Eladamri's Vineyard could see play in casual or budget decks, but in competitive settings, more efficient ramp options would likely be preferred.
