This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on card draw and graveyard interactions, such as a self-mill or reanimator strategy. While Magus of the Bazaar can provide card advantage, there are better options like Jace, Vryn's Prodigy or Merfolk Looter that offer similar effects with additional benefits. Whether Magus of the Bazaar should see play depends on the specific synergies and strategies of the deck it is included in.
