The Thallid Soothsayer would be a great addition to a sacrifice-themed deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides card draw by sacrificing creatures, which can help maintain card advantage. However, there are more efficient cards like Midnight Reaper or Grim Haruspex that offer similar effects with additional benefits, making them better choices for competitive play. Thallid Soothsayer could still see play in more casual or thematic decks focused on sacrificing creatures for value.
