Cunning Advisor, Creature — human advisor, designed by Gao Jianzhang first released in May, 1999 in the set Portal Three Kingdoms. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of NZ$ 9.61.
This Cunning Advisor card would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand size and resources. While it can be a useful tool for hand disruption, there are more efficient options like Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek that see more play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks. However, Cunning Advisor could still have a place in a budget or more casual deck where its ability to disrupt the opponent's hand can be valuable.

If a turn has multiple combat phases, the ability can only be activated before the beginning of the declare attackers step of the first combat phase in that turn.
