Skeletal Vampire, Creature — vampire skeleton, designed by Wayne Reynolds first released in Feb, 2006 in the set Guildpact and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of ₱ 28.54.
This card would benefit a black-based control or midrange deck looking to generate card advantage and maintain board presence through token generation and regeneration. While Skeletal Vampire offers decent value with its abilities, there are more efficient options available in the current Magic: The Gathering card pool, such as Bitterblossom or Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, which provide similar effects at a lower mana cost or with additional benefits. Skeletal Vampire could see play in casual or themed decks for its unique flavor, but it may struggle to compete in more competitive environments due to its high mana cost and slower impact on the game.
