This card, Full Flowering, would benefit a deck that focuses on creating and utilizing creature tokens, such as a token swarm or go-wide strategy. While Full Flowering can be powerful in the right deck, there are other cards like March of the Multitudes that provide a similar effect with additional benefits, making them potentially better choices. However, Full Flowering could still see play in decks looking to maximize their token production and board presence.
