Mischief and Mayhem would slot well into a green stompy deck that focuses on ramping up mana quickly and playing efficient creatures. While the +4/+4 boost can be significant, there are other cards like Overrun that offer a more impactful board-wide effect for a similar cost, which might be more beneficial in most situations. Overall, Mischief and Mayhem could see play in casual or budget decks, but may not be a top choice for competitive play.
