About Telling Time
Telling Time, Instant, designed by Scott M. Fischer first released in Oct, 2005 in the set Ravnica: City of Guilds and was printed exactly in 7 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 0.94.
The Telling Time card would benefit control decks that rely on card selection and manipulation. While it provides some card advantage and helps set up future draws, there are better options available such as Opt or Serum Visions which offer more immediate card selection and deck manipulation. Telling Time could see play in budget or casual decks, but in competitive settings, it may not be the optimal choice due to the availability of stronger alternatives.
