Toxin Sliver would benefit a Sliver tribal deck by providing efficient removal for opponents' creatures. However, some Sliver decks may prefer focusing on other aspects of the tribe's abilities, such as buffing or mana generation. While Toxin Sliver is a strong inclusion, there may be better options depending on the specific strategy of the deck, like Crystalline Sliver for protection or Sliver Legion for a power boost. Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
