A deck that focuses on self-mill or graveyard strategies, such as a Golgari or Sultai deck in Magic: the Gathering, would benefit from using Krosan Beast due to its powerful threshold ability. However, there are better options like Tarmogoyf or Hogaak, Arisen Necropolis for graveyard-based strategies, making Krosan Beast less optimal for competitive play but still a fun and flavorful choice for casual decks looking to beef up a squirrel beast with a massive power and toughness boost.
