Scatter the Seeds, Instant, designed by Rob Alexander first released in Oct, 2005 in the set Ravnica: City of Guilds and was printed exactly in 6 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.16.

A deck focused on token generation and creature-based strategies, particularly in a green-heavy deck, would benefit from including Scatter the Seeds. It can provide a quick board presence and help ramp up your army of creatures. While there may be more powerful token-generating cards available, such as Secure the Wastes or Lingering Souls, Scatter the Seeds can still be a solid inclusion in the right deck, especially if you're looking for additional ways to generate Saproling tokens efficiently.

If a creature you control has a mana ability with in the cost, activating that ability while casting a spell with convoke will result in the creature being tapped before you pay the spell’s costs. You won’t be able to tap it again for convoke. Similarly, if you sacrifice a creature to activate a mana ability while casting a spell with convoke, that creature won’t be on the battlefield when you pay the spell’s costs, so you won’t be able to tap it for convoke.

You can tap any untapped creature you control to convoke a spell, even one you haven’t controlled continuously since the beginning of your most recent turn.
