Treetop Scout, Creature — elf scout, designed by Alan Pollack first released in May, 2003 in the set Scourge and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.35.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and wants to quickly get damage through to the opponent would benefit from using Treetop Scout, as it can evade most ground blockers. However, a card like Prowler's Helm may be a better option as it provides unblockable for a single mana and can be equipped to any creature. Treetop Scout could see play in a deck that specifically needs a creature with this type of evasion, but there may be more efficient options available depending on the overall strategy of the deck.

Creatures with the Reach ability (such as Giant Spider) don’t actually have Flying, so they can’t block this.
