While Person of Interest is unique and flavorful, there may be more efficient cards for a competitive deck, such as Young Pyromancer or Monastery Swiftspear, which offer immediate value without the downside of being suspected. However, for a casual or themed deck, Person of Interest could definitely see play for its quirky mechanics and flavor.
