This card, Shoving Match, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on tapping down opponent's creatures to prevent them from attacking or blocking effectively. While it can be useful in certain situations, there are better options available such as Frost Lynx or Frost Titan which provide more versatile and powerful effects. Shoving Match could see play in a budget deck or in a deck specifically built around tapping mechanics, but in most cases, there are stronger alternatives to consider.
