This card would be beneficial in a black graveyard recursion deck, where you can repeatedly bring back key black creatures to your hand. While Call to the Netherworld is a decent option for its mana cost and Madness ability, there are stronger cards like Unearth or Reanimate that offer more powerful effects for a similar cost, making them more likely choices for competitive play.
