This card, Jedit's Dragoons, would be beneficial in a white-based control or midrange deck that focuses on gaining life and maintaining board presence. While the 4 life gained upon its entry can be helpful in stabilizing against aggressive strategies, there are potentially better options available such as Baneslayer Angel or Archangel of Thune for more impactful effects. However, if the deck requires a solid midrange creature with vigilance and life gain, Jedit's Dragoons could see play as a decent inclusion.
