Sandsteppe Scavenger, Creature — dog scout, designed by Kieran Yanner first released in Mar, 2015 in the set Dragons of Tarkir. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 4.82.
A deck that focuses on building up a strong board presence with multiple creatures would benefit from using Sandsteppe Scavenger, as it can bolster weaker creatures and make them more formidable. While there may be more powerful cards available for similar effects, such as Anafenza, the Foremost, Sandsteppe Scavenger could still see play in decks looking to take advantage of +1/+1 counters and creature synergy.

Bolster itself doesn’t target any creature, though some spells and abilities that bolster may have other effects that target creatures. For example, you could put counters on a creature with protection from white with Aven Tactician’s bolster ability.
