Treacherous Blessing could be beneficial in a deck that focuses on drawing cards and utilizing life as a resource, such as a control or combo deck. However, its drawback of losing life whenever a spell is cast can be challenging to manage, making it risky to include in certain strategies. While there may be better cards with similar effects, such as Phyrexian Arena or Dark Confidant, Treacherous Blessing could still see play in decks looking for additional card draw options with a unique twist.
