Una baraja centrada en estrategias agresivas de criaturas, como un mazo Red Deck Wins o un mazo Gruul Midrange, se beneficiaría al incluir Pandemonium, ya que puede convertir los disparadores de ETB de las criaturas en daño directo al oponente o a sus criaturas. Sin embargo, una alternativa potencialmente mejor podría ser Warstorm Surge, que tiene un efecto similar pero garantiza el daño al oponente y escala con el poder de la criatura. Si Pandemonium debería verse en juego dependería de la estrategia específica y la sinergia dentro de la baraja, ya que puede ser una herramienta poderosa en el contexto adecuado.

The triggered ability does not check the creature’s power until the ability resolves. If the creature is not on the battlefield when the ability resolves, it does damage equal to the power of the creature right before it left the battlefield. This means that if a creature enters the battlefield which can destroy itself as a “enters the battlefield” ability, the order of resolution of the triggered abilities does not matter.
