Questa carta sarebbe utile in un mazzo bianco aggro o midrange che si concentra sulla generazione e sull'utilizzo dei contatori di energia. Mentre la capacità di Aethergeode Miner di generare contatori di energia ed evitare la rimozione è utile, potrebbero esserci opzioni migliori come Restoration Angel in un intervallo di costo mana simile per effetti più incisivi. Tuttavia, Aethergeode Miner potrebbe comunque essere giocato nei mazzi che cercano una minaccia resistente e ricorrente.

After Aethergeode Miner returns to the battlefield, it will be a new object with no connection to the creature that was exiled.
