A deck based on control and disruption strategies, such as a Grixis control deck in Magic: the Gathering, would benefit greatly from including Dreamspoiler Witches. Its ability to weaken opposing creatures whenever you cast a spell on their turn provides valuable flexibility and can help you maintain board control. While there may be better cards for specific situations, Dreamspoiler Witches' unique ability and synergy with control strategies make it a strong contender for inclusion in the right deck.
