While it offers a unique ability to create Food tokens based on the number of opponents, there are potentially better cards like Wicked Wolf or Korvold, Fae-Cursed King that provide more versatile and powerful effects in similar strategies, making Gluttonous Troll less likely to see play in competitive decks.
