A deck that focuses on green mana ramp and creature-heavy strategies would benefit most from Nissa's Revelation, as it allows for card advantage and life gain based on the power and toughness of creatures in the deck. However, there are potentially better cards for similar effects, such as Genesis Ultimatum or Collected Company, which offer more immediate value or flexibility. Nissa's Revelation could see play in a specific creature-centric deck, but its high mana cost may limit its overall impact in competitive play.
