This card, Blur, would be beneficial in a deck focused on creatures with powerful enter-the-battlefield effects or with abilities that trigger upon being cast. However, a similar card, Cloudshift, which costs only W, provides the same effect at a lower cost. While Blur may not be the most efficient option, it could still see play in decks looking for redundancy or additional copies of this effect.
